Q. How long will it take to get my
order?
A. Within 3 business days of ordering, you will receive a proof via
email. After you approve the proof, our professional printer will print
your order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the process.
Q. How do you ship?
A. We ship by UPS ground (2-5 days), UPS 2nd day air, and US mail priority
(2 –3 day) shipping. If you need overnight shipping, that can be arranged.

Q. What is a proof?
A. A proof is the final copy of your order, which you may view prior to
printing. Proofs are sent as a PDF file and come in black and white. A
proof gives you the opportunity to view the size, lay-out and lettering
style of your order. You may then make final corrections before printing.
Once you approve the proof, your invitations will be printed in color,
according to the proof specifications.
Q. When should I mail Save-the-Dates?
A. Save-the-Dates should be mailed four to five months before the wedding.
It is best to give your guests as much advance notice as possible especially
if many guests will have to make travel and hotel arrangements far in advance.
Q. When should I mail my wedding invitations?
A. Wedding invitations should be mailed six to eight weeks before the wedding.
Q. Can I order two-color printing?
A. Yes, you may have your invitation printed in two colors for an extra
charge.
Q. Can I call with questions?
A. Yes, please call business days between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST. The
number is 248-259-8563.
Q. Do you have a guarantee?
A. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We want your special day to
be perfect. We are sure you will be pleased with your Island I Do product.
However, if an error by Island I Do occurs, we will RUSH re-prints and ship
at no cost to you. If an error out of our control occurs, we will print
replacements at a 20% discount provided we have received notice of the error
within 10 days of receiving your order.
Island I Do cannot be responsible for the performance of any shipping service
or the performance of any supplier of paper stock due to discontinuation
or back-order.
Once an order has been placed, there is a $25 fee to cancel. Once we have
received an approved proof and printing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
There are no returns on custom printed items. If there is a mistake on your
order that differs from your approved proof, our guarantee will apply. You
may be asked to send the order back to us for examination. Shipping is not
refundable.
